Who do I help?

You are marginalized (racialized, non-binary, live with disability, low income, etc.). Or, you feel marginalized and yet no one actually sees it (lived/live with domestic violence, live with trauma, live with invisible disability, live with chronic pain, were traumatized due to religious/cultural practices, etc.). Or, you are marginalized and you have to hide it (non-binary gender identity, non-conformist relationships such as ethical non-monogamy or polyamory, etc.).

You have been carrying the burden of traumatic experiences with you for so long that it now takes a while for even you to realize your current experiences are still influenced by the old wounds. With every relationship ending, work conflict exacerbating, panic attack looming, you are reminded over and over again how those memories of the past will never leave you alone.

Survivors of complex trauma, religious trauma, political persecution, and gender-based trauma have been able to find a safe place in my practice where we explore their experiences with curiosity. Nothing gets dismissed, everything will be examined. The goal is finding a way to heal the open wounds of the past trauma so that they no longer bleed into your present and so that you can get a chance to envision a future that is thriving – and not just surviving.

I would like to offer my help if you are dealing with:

• Recovering from influences of high-control religious/spiritual groups (Cults)

• Had to deal with coercive control and spiritual abuse
